Here at Candle Lit Beauty, LLC we want to ensure we do our best to accommodate every customer the best we can.

Below are a few guidelines for a replacement item/refund.

  •  If an item arrives to you and is damaged, we will send a replacement item upon receiving pictorial proof of damage.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and  be refunded your payment.
  • Product must be in its original packaging if you received the wrong items and we do not do product exchanges. You’ll also need to send an email with your receipt for proof of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving your returned item.
  • Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
